On 22 September at closing ceremony of  BIAFF 2013, international jury announced the Prizes of international competition sections, which are listed bellow

 

International Competition – Feature Films

Grand Prix –  Before Snowfall, Hisham Zaman, Norway/Germany/Iraq 2013,

Best Film Director  – Peter Brosens & Jessica Woodworth  for film –  Fifth Season, Belgium/France/Netherlands 2012

Best Actress  – Mahtab Keramati in film “The Fourth Child” by Vahid Mousaian, Iran 2013

Best Actor – Serge Avedikian in film – –  Paradjanov, by Serge Avedikian & Olena Fetisova, Ukraine/France/Georgia/Armenia, 2013

Jury Special Prize   – Fill the Void, Rama Burshtein, Israel 2012
